Requesting a feature
If you're requesting a feature, just describe what you'd like and why. Be as specific as you can — concrete examples beat abstract requests. We add features based on how often they're requested.
Response time
We aim to respond to every message within 48 hours, usually faster. DMCA notices are typically acted on within 24 hours of being received and verified.
What we can't help with
- Recovering access to Pinterest accounts — please contact Pinterest support directly.
- Downloading pins from private boards you don't own.
- Bypassing Pinterest's own terms of service in ways that go beyond personal offline viewing.
